### Viewing the Change History

### Fields in Journal Entries
To make it possible to track who modified a journal entry and when, changes to the following fields are recorded in the change history.
* Title
* Categories
* Classification (documentation, defect, or incident)
* Date (Date the entry was created)
* Photos & Videos
* Description
* Company involved
* Responsibility
* Due Date
* target date
* status
* visibility
