Visibilities on contacts & users
General information on visibility & authorizations can be found in the following article: Visibilities & authorizations
Contacts and users are visible to all project participants by default. If required, they can be Hidden so that they are only visible to project administrators.
In addition, a user's access to the project can be Deactivated. In this case, the user also only remains visible to project administrators in the contact list.
